3. Account Registration

To access our courses, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Not share your account with others

4. Subscription and Payments

We offer various subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Elite) with different access levels:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy

5. Course Access & Delivery

• All courses are pre-recorded and available on-demand
• Access is granted immediately upon successful payment
• Courses are accessed via your member dashboard at smartskillsinstitute.online
• You may access courses unlimited times while your subscription is active
• Downloads (PDFs, resources) remain yours even after cancellation
• Video streaming requires internet connection

6. Expert Coaching Calls (All Plans)

All subscription tiers include access to 1-on-1 educational coaching calls with industry experts:

• Starter: 2 calls per month (30-45 minutes each)
• Pro: 3 calls per month (30-45 minutes each) + 1 Course Study Tool extension
• Elite: 5 calls per month (30-45 minutes each) + 2 Paid Tool extensions

Scheduling & Attendance:

• Book calls via your member dashboard at smartskillsinstitute.online
• Subject to expert availability
• No-shows forfeit the call — missed appointments without 24-hour notice will not be rescheduled
• Unused calls do not roll over to the next month

7. Copyright & Content Protection

All course content, videos, materials, and platform design are the exclusive intellectual property of Smart Skills Institute, operated by Fernando Garces (Sole Proprietor).

Strictly Prohibited:

• Screen recording or capturing video/audio content
• Sharing login credentials or course access with others
• Uploading content to other platforms (YouTube, Telegram, Torrent sites, etc.)
• Reselling or redistributing course materials
• Creating derivative works from our content

Violations will result in: Immediate account termination without refund, permanent ban, DMCA takedown notices, and civil lawsuits for copyright infringement. See our full Copyright Policy for details.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share or resell course content
• Use automated systems to access the platform
• Engage in harassment or inappropriate behavior
• Attempt to breach platform security

9. Limitation of Liability

Smart Skills Institute provides educational content "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or application of knowledge gained from our courses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
